BIKINI DOLLS ships worldwide, with few exceptions. We need 1-3 workings days to process your orders and ship them from Greece. Allow us to rest on weekends and public holidays. Keep in mind that during busy periods, such as sales, order processing may take longer. All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note, BIKINI DOLLS is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. BIKINI DOLLS is also not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, BIKINI DOLLS will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

Orders within Greece are shipped with ELTA Courier. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work address. Standard delivery hours are between 8:00 and 17:00 on weekdays and if you’re not available on first attempt, ELTA Courier will be in touch to schedule a more suitable time of delivery. ELTA Courier will attempt no more than three delivery attempts; after that the parcel will be returned to us.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express and in certain zones you have the option of Standard shipping with Greek Postal Service. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work address. In the case of DHL, delivery hours are between 8:00 and 17:00 on weekdays and if you’re not available on first attempt, DHL will be in touch to schedule a more suitable time of delivery.

      Outside the EU, your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. If you are unsure of charges and whether you will be affected, please inquire on your local customs office first. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. BIKINI DOLLS does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by BIKINI DOLLS.

      PO BOXES

      We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses at this time.


      BIKINI DOLLS has a 14 days return policy. We offer returns on all full priced items.

      Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days For bikini bottoms and one pieces, the hygiene sticker must remain attached at all times, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Once received, please try your new swimwear over your underwear to check the fit.

      Returning your purchase

      To make a return please follow the steps below: 

      • Register your return: Send an email to with your order number, what items you'll be returning and the reason for your return. Keep calm until we respond back, usually within 1-3 business days, before proceeding to the next steps. 
      • Prepare your package: Seal it securely with tape.
      • Send it back to us: 
        • Greece: Remove the original shipping label from the box and drop it off at your nearest Courier Service Point. Send us an email for further information.
        • Rest of the World: Ship your parcel back to the address provided in the email we’re going to send you. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

      All items are inspected before being shipped to ensure that the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty upon arrival or you received an incorrect item, please send us an email at, including your order number and photos showing the faulty or incorrect item. Once we confirm the defect(s), BIKINI DOLLS will cover the return cost, as well as the shipping cost of the new item(s) in case of exchange. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through BIKINI DOLLS.


      BIKINI DOLLS offers exchanges for different sizes, colors or styles of the same value. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Depending on your location, the exchange process is the following:

      • Greece: Send an email to with your order number, what item(s) you want to exchange and the new item(s) you want to receive. Place the items you want to exchange in the original box or similar and seal it securely with tape. The first exchange is free. Each next exchange costs 3€. ELTA Courier will deliver your new items and pick up the returned ones.
      • Rest of the world: Return the item(s) back to us following the procedure described in our return policy. You will receive a discount code via email, equal to the value of the return item(s). You can use the discount code to place a new order. Shipping costs of the replacement item is the customer's responsibility. The discount code is sent out as soon as your return is processed and approved.  

      We currently accept the following methods of payment:

      • Credit/debit card: You can pay with your credit/debit card. Payments are handled by Stripe.
      • Apple Pay: You can express-check out with Apple Pay. You may need to configure Apple Pay with your shipping and billing info.  
      • PayPal: You can pay either with your PayPal account or your credit/debit card.
      • Cash on delivery: Available ONLY FOR Greece.

      Currency: Note that all payments made on are in Euro () currency. A currency converter is available on the website to provide only an indication of the prices in different currencies.



      We accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund, store credit, or an exchange. We do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees.

      Sale items including full price items purchased at a discount of more than 15% are refunded as store credit only.
