We believe that getting the right swimwear fit can be tricky sometimes. That's why we provide a very very very detailed size guide. If you are still in doubt though, drop us an email at shopbikinidolls@gmail.com and we'll make sure that you pick the perfect size.
Shipping
BIKINI DOLLS ships worldwide, with few exceptions. All orders are processed within 1-3 workings days and shipped from Greece. Allow us to rest on weekends and public holidays. Keep in mind that during busy periods, such as sales, order processing may take longer. All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Depending on your country, we may offer both standard and express shipping options. See our shipping rates here.
Note that outside the EU, your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. BIKINI DOLLS does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by BIKINI DOLLS.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses at this time.
Returns
BIKINI DOLLS has a 14 days return policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and need to be returned in a resellable condition with garment labels and hang tags attached. Especially for bikini bottoms and one pieces, the hygiene sticker must remain attached at all times, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Once received, please try your new swimwear over your underwear to check the fit.
BIKINI DOLLS has a 14 days return policy. We offer returns on all full priced items. To make a return please follow the steps below:
1. Register your return: Send an email to shopbikinidolls@gmail.com with your order number, what items you'll be returning and the reason for your return. Keep calm until we respond back, usually within 24 hours, before proceeding to the next steps.
For bikini bottoms and one pieces, the hygiene sticker must remain attached at all times, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
2. Prepare your package: Ship your parcel back to the address provided in the email we’re going to send you. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit. Please, avoid shipping them with a private carrier company because of the high shipping costs and customs fees that will occur and as a result we won’t be able to receive your return.
3. Once we receive your return we’ll get back to you via email.
For customers based in Greece:
You can make your return using your preferred courier service. Returns cost 2,5€ with ELTA Courier. Remove the original shipping label from the box and drop it off at your nearest ELTA Courier Service Point (find yours via www.elta-courier.gr/network). Send the box with recipient billing to BIKINI DOLLS.
All items are inspected before being shipped to ensure that the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty upon arrival or you received an incorrect item, please send us an email at shopbikinidolls@gmail.com, including your order number and photos showing the faulty or incorrect item. Once we confirm the defect(s), BIKINI DOLLS will cover the return cost, as well as the shipping cost of the new item(s) in case of exchange. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through BIKINI DOLLS.
Exchanges
BIKINI DOLLS offers exchanges for different sizes, colors or styles of the same value. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Depending on your location, the exchange process is the following:
Greece: Send an email to shopbikinidolls@gmail.com with your order number, what item(s) you want to exchange and the new item(s) you want to receive. Place the items you want to exchange in the original box or similar and seal it securely with tape. We will arrange a free pick up at your place. ELTA Courier will deliver your new items and pick up the returned ones.
Rest of the world: Return the item(s) back to us following the procedure described in our return policy. You will receive a discount code via email, equal to the value of the return item(s). You can use the discount code to place a new order. Shipping costs of the replacement item is the customer's responsibility. The discount code is sent out as soon as your return is processed and approved.
Payment
We currently accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit/debit card: You can pay with your credit/debit card. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- Apple Pay: You can express-check out with Apple Pay. You may need to configure Apple Pay with your shipping and billing info.
- PayPal: You can pay either with your PayPal account or your credit/debit card.
- Cash on delivery: Available ONLY FOR Greece.
Currency: Note that all payments made on thebikinidolls.com are in Euro (€) currency. A currency converter is available on the website to provide only an indication of the prices in different currencies.
Our webstore, as well as all our payment handlers, uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with “https” instead of the normal “http”. This means that you are in secure mode.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund.
We accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund, store credit, or an exchange. We do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees.
Items purchased at a discount of more than 30% are refunded as store credit only.
